George Richard's Top Ten Movie List
-
"Braveheart"
Battle,
Love, Scotsmen inheriting the English crown, what else do you want
from a movie?
-
"Silence of the Lambs"
Jodie Foster made her career with this film (deservedly so)
and Anthony Hopkins brought us a new definition of evil.
-
"Psycho"
The master, I played with the idea of Rope on this list
(for the technical aspect) but then decided that for pure emotional scare
factor this one belongs.
-
"Aliens"
The best of the bunch with a heroine and a villianess
undreampt of before.
-
"The Man Who Would Be King"
Connery and Caine bring
Kiplings best story to life.
-
"The Left Hand of God"
Bogart as he should
be, not pie eyed over a dame, but gambling with an entire village at stake.
-
"Star Wars Episode 4: A New Hope"
The Original
-
"Flash Gordon"
Kampy, silly, stupid & fun except for the end.
-
"The Time Machine"
This one for the impression it made at
the time, I don't think Wells has ever been done this well before or since.
-
"Cross of Iron"
before Private Ryan the seminal war movie. Not pretty to watch
but realistic as hell.

Born of two different parents George W. Richard started out as a child. He
has since grow in size and stature reaching the amazing height of over 1,740
mm. He spends his days breathing in Oxygen and exhaling valuable CO2 (plants
love him). He collects varanids, athropods, arachnids, DVD's and female homo
sapiens. If you feel it incumbent to procure possesion of real property
rights, call him. George's (AKA Ming, Mordok and Snuggletoes), turn ons
include reading, writing, decimating small planets and opera (just the
humming parts), while turn offs include discrimination, Hero types and power
outages.
Of the RTBSTMC he has said "It's some of the most fun you can have in the
dark with a room full of people without sweating".
Viscious diatribes may be sent to him at geohard@aol.com.
