The Others Review
by Tim Wick

I would love to tell you why you should go see The Others but by doing so, I would ruin the film for you. While I did not love this film the way I loved Moulin Rouge or Shrek, I think this is probably the most worthwhile film to come out since those two (my strange love for A.I. notwithstanding).

But I can't tell you about it. If you like creepy haunted house movies, you will really enjoy this one. I have a few things to say about it that you can read by clicking on the link below. However, DON'T CLICK THERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE MOVIE TO BE SPOILED FOR YOU. I'm serious about this. I'm going to give away stuff that shouldn't be given away unless you have no desire to see the film.

Please note that I love Nicole Kidman. Specifically, I love looking at her. I would watch a movie in which she did nothing put paint a wall for two hours. Take that prejudice into account before you decide to listen to me and see this movie. Then go see it anyway.

So you want to see the spoiler-packed review? Or Jen Manna's dissenting (but spoiler free) opinion....

Based on his belief that people coming to this site give a rip about his opinion, you have probably guessed that Tim Wick has a pretty big ego. Despite having no experience as a critic, he insists on writing these boorish reviews of movies in a vain attempt to feel more important. Since it allows us to put up new material on the site and keep you all coming back for more, we go ahead and humor him.

We don't know anything about Tim's past. We assume that he just walked out of the west like Cain in Kung Fu, but we don't really care. He is a member of the board of directors for MISFITS and runs the read the book/see the movie club.

Or so he claims...
