Events
- Casino Night is now
Rex Movie Night - Jodie will redo post cards to remove
casino night. Dave will talk to Chris about getting rid of
mentions of Casino Night in PR1.
Programs
- In the Schools -
MISFITS is funding an after school science fiction class at
Washington Technology Magnet School in St. Paul. Dave
proposes that Washington gets a field trip to CONvergence.
How many kids could we handle (not so much from a financial
perspective but from a logistical one) at CONvergence? Well
ask the other Regents at the Q4 meeting next month.

renting a theater for Staff Appreciation Night? He could
talk to Melissa to see how shes done this in the past.

- All Minutes are up.
Archive the entire thing once a year (both internal and
public-facing.)
- Dave suggested google apps
for document sharing and repository stuff.
Equipment
- Talked about the projector
and lending equipment to conventions.
Project Giving
- Roadkills
potentially possible for Disney world 4 1 day park-hopper
passes. Must be on corporate letter head. Draft a letter
about sponsoring roadkills. Jodie will send Dave a copy of
the letterhead.
- Bucket for Roadkills
Matt said its okay to bring to OmegaCon.
