Board of Directors Positions Up for Election
The CONvergence positions up for election in
January of 2010 are listed below - alphabetical by position
title and then by candidate.

CONvergence Directors
Communications Director:
Responsible for agenda, minutes, action item tracking, and
attendance at all CVG Director meetings and convention committee
meetings. Oversee departments related to communications
including photography, videography, consuite, volunteers, ASL,
CVG-TV, web page (content), and CoF2E2.
Candidates: Christin

Guests and Community Relations
Director:
Responsible for soliciting Guests of Honor to the CONvergence
convention, including arranging their accommodations and travel.
Oversees the Guests Department team, which is responsible for
providing liaison services to current and alumni Guests of
Honor, as well as providing coordination with Attending
Professionals and our partners in the community.

Events Director:
The Events Division is responsible for all of the events at the
CONvergence convention. These are activities such as programming
and panels, gaming, large and small theatrical presentations,
dances, music, movies, projects, and most other scheduled
activities.
